Refund policy
Customers must contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only for items that are unused and in their original condition
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in same condition that you received it.
The product must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend contacting us before purchasing if you have any questions about a product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering:
a replacement product, or a refund if replacement is not available.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
